Hellsie and I held our first Wee Jasper cheese making workshop on Sunday. Four of our students were the winners of the lucky door prize at the 2016 Wee Jasper Trivia night. The girls had a great day and Suanne has beaten me to the punch and already marinated her feta in garlic, Tuscan seasoning and chilli. Yummo! Mine are still still preserved in brine! Vanessa’s already made another batch of cheese on her own.
I’ve strained all the mascarpone, cream cheese and labne and am preparing to make cheesecakes with them tomorrow.
