We now offer a short 4 hour class at Hops and Vine Hall. In this class you will learn how to make haloumi, lemon cheese and 30 minute mozzarella. Additionally we teach you how to make a dessert from mascarpone. The class includes local region wine tastings and a delicious homemade cheese and local small meats platter.
