Workshops begin at 10am with a cheese tasting followed by hands on learning as you make your own Brie, Danish Style Feta, Labne, Mascarpone, Quark (Cream Cheese), Ricotta, Paneer, Butter, Yoghurt and Pull Apart Bread.

The Wee Jasper Cheese Making workshop is $180 per person, payable at time of booking.  The class includes morning tea, coffee/tea, lunch,  workshop notes and cheese making recipes.
