Beginners cheese course dates


Workshops begin at 10am with a cheese tasting followed by hands on learning as you make your own Camembert, Feta, Labne, Mascarpone, Quark (Cream Cheese), Ricotta and Paneer.


The Wee Jasper Beginners Cheese Making workshop is $180 per person, payable one month prior to class commencement.  The class includes morning tea, coffee/tea, lunch,  workshop notes and cheese making recipes.
