Camembert and Feta Class

What to expect

You will learn how to make cream cheese, mascarpone, ricotta, paneer, yoghurt, labne, butter, bread, feta and camembert.

Our workshops are hands on, as we believe that the best way to learn is by doing.

This class is held in Wee Japer.

What you will get

The Feta and Camembert includes morning tea, lunch, a glass of wine and home made cheese tastings.

At the end of the day you will take home your own block of feta, camembert and a set of comprehensive, easy to follow notes.

Be prepared to look after your cheese for a few days afterwards.

What to bring

An appetite for the artisan life of cheese making and a big smile!

It’s best to wear comfortable enclosed shoes, short or tight fitting sleeves and have long hair tied back.

Bring a cool bag and an ice brick to take your cheeses home in.

Cheese making cultures will be available for purchase on the day – so consider bringing your purse/wallet.
